Comment by Tom Smith:

Again, I love the busy layout of the cover! I might be the only person here who is a big fan of busy covers with a lot going on. I love exploring with my eyes! Multiple colorful graphics get my attention when they are done well, and I feel like the layouts of these Kulpa covers are fantastic.

This is quite a good cover actually, except for the gross (in more ways than one) Sylvester in the upper left-hand corner. I really don't like Simpy Dumpkins either, but no other complaints.

This is probably one of the last issues with artwork by Frank Cummings, which is sad.

Tom Richmond did the X-Men art, and it's great. Cracked was lucky to get him for a few issues, before he was snapped up by Mad, and he continues to be their main movie and TV artist, to this day.
