Folke Hallin was a Swedish cartoonist and illustrator, who has worked for the Swedish MAD magazine from 1975 until 1985. He was responsible for a lot of cover artworks of the Swedish MAD. They were also used by other Scandinavian MAD edition, e.g. Norway.
