Clive Collins (now MBE), who has drawn a few successful pieces for Britsih MAD; has provided humorous drawings for newspapers and magazines including Punch and Playboy; has won numerous awards for his work in the UK, Canada, Belgium and Japan; and was the Cartoonist Club of Great Britain's Cartoonist of the Year in 1984, 1985 and 1987.
Among all this, he also happens to be the elder brother (by nine years) of 1980s pop and rock superstar Phil Collins, a relationship on which Clive has declined to ‘dine out’, instead retaining the lower profile, despite beating Phil to the MBE. (The gifted Collins family also includes sister Carole, a professional ice-skater.)
