Since MAD didn't bother running parodies of Enchanted, Julie and Julia or The Muppets (for shame!), we had to wait until the 2013 release of Man of Steel to see Amy Adams show up in the magazine. Here's her triumphant entry as "Lois Lame" in the Tom Richmond-Desmond Devlin take-off "Man of Veal," which ran in MAD #523 (December '13).

Amy Adams' Best Actress nomination was one of 10 American Hustle received at the 2014 Oscars, only to go home empty-handed. If only director David O. Russell had animated Adams, Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence in LEGO style! It could have changed EVERYTHING!!! Hermann Mejia illustrated the opening gag for writer Scott Maiko's "Tips and Cheats For Obscure LEGO Video Games," which ran in MAD #526 (April '14).

Currently filming her third go-around as Lois Lane for next year's Justice League movie, Amy Adams' second crack at the role in this year's Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice was zinged by Des Devlin and Tom Richmond in the super-sized spoof "Battyman V. Stuporman: Dumb and Joyless," which ran in MAD #540 (August '16).
