This has got to be one of the rarest "MAD Show" collectibles ever produced. The MAD Show began its run at P.J.'s Theatre in May of 1966, which is when these items are from. The t-shirt is in a class by itself. It is an Adult size Large, and it has been worn a few times. I purchased this shirt directly from a former cast member on the show, and he also provided me with the Playbill. He said that he remembers about twenty people getting t-shirts like this one, but he has no idea how many still survive. My guess is less than five, if any at all.
