Sergio Flores Mendoza, a native of Monterrey, Nuevo León, is a freelance illustrator who collaborates with newspapers, advertising agencies, and magazines. He serves as the artist for social communication for the state of Nuevo León. Additionally, he works as an editorial cartoonist and illustrator for Monterrey's Milenio Diario and creates comics for local publications such as Taller Abierto and La Rocko. His contributions also include work for the Mexican edition of MAD magazine.
