Produced in 1999 by Prime Time Headgear, this is a MAD Magazine / Certified MAD denim bucket hat. This item was sold exclusively in Spencer Gifts stores in 1999 and the early 2000's, and is unworn. In fact, it still has the Spencer Gifts price tag still attached to the hat. The tag on this 100% cotton hat says that it is. "One Size Fits All", but it is a little too small for a large-headed man like myself.
