Nugada Cracked Fanzine 
Nugada is a fanzine focused on Cracked apparently published as a companion to the Mad-centric This fanzine. I believe it is its position as the second title from publisher Don Elgeti that lead to its designation as "Vol II". It was edited by C. Behling.
