The cover is most-likely by Bill Riley again, just because it's clearly not Orehek or Martin.
With this issue we not only revert back to the original title, the magazine goes from digest-sized to full magazine-sized, as indicated by the "Bigger Than Ever" banner at the top.
Page count drops from 48 pages to 24, but there are many instances of multiple cartoons per page, so I can't tell if the overall count has dropped or risen.
Identifiable artists include: Hal Sherman, Jim Ruth, Teaney, Jack Cole, Don Orehek, Joe Kiernan, Harley, Henri Reldeif, Bill Riley, Lloyd Baker, Lo Linkert, Bob Campbell, Ed Dahlin, and Dan Q. Brown.
