This plastic bag was most likely available when buying the Australian version of the MAD squirt toys. Since these toys are very rare, this bag is at least as rare. The bag was produced by the company 'New Concept' in the year 1994. It displays a big Alfred E. Neuman and MAD logo on a blue background.
