'The Pointer' is a magazine published by the Corps of Cadets of the United States Military Academy.

This issue from 1983 looks like a typical MAD magazine. The cover picture, the table of contents and the whole design remind very much of MAD. Even comic strips by Don Martin and Dave Berg were used as templates for own cartoons. A Fold-In in the style of Al Jaffee can be found on the last page.
