Produced in 1994 by Trau & Loevner, this shirt features Alfred E. Neuman, with the hair on his head sharpened by a pencil sharpener. This shirt is the "Ohio State" version, as this design was featured on other shirts with the names of colleges and universities on them. I have seen several of these shirts, from Wisconsin and Penn State, to Florida and Illinois. Another "college" shirt, featuring Alfred E. Neuman with the sides of his head shaved, was also produced by Trau & Loevner.
