Chet Reams 
“Chet “Jasper” Reams is the editor-in-chief and publisher of Crypt of MADness magazine, a publication about MAD magazine, EC Comics, and related subjects. Reams also edits the “CARtist Spotlight” interview for the Automotive-Hobby/Car-Culture humor-comic-magazine “CARtoons.”
He has been a MAD reader/fan since he was 8 years; Chet has been a MAD subscriber since the age of 13, either through mail subscriptions, comic-store “pull list subscriptions”, or both! He is a also a reader and fan of EC Comics (Tales from the Crypt, Weird Science, etc) and was intriduced to EC via learning of them at age 16 via learning of the EC legacy via EC also being the original publisher of MAD.
Reams also enjoys various horror and sci-fi anthology titles such as HEAVY METAL magazine, the CREEPS magazine, CREEPY/EERIE mags, and various pre-comics-code horror comics. He’s not ashamed of his huge collection of MAD magazines items/books, CRACKED magazine issues and is a proud fan of both!
In his spare time, he enjoys reading comics/comic-magazines, listening to music (especially Fields of the Nephilim, The Sisters of Mercy, Pink Floyd and Gene Loves Jezebel) and watching horror films.
