MAD Special (Cyprus Version) 
In Greece, 2 different MAD Special versions existed. The first was sold directly in Greece and the second version in Cyprus. You can tell the difference between the two versions by the price. The Cyprus version is more expensive, but both versions use the same cover.
This is the Cyprus version. It is not known exactly how many MAD Specials exist.
