Thimk 
Thimk was a MAD like satire magazine, which was published by Counterpoint Inc. from 1958 and 1959. It lasted 6 issues and it seemed to be aimed at younger kids. The big competitor was spoofed in one issue, called "How to put out an imitation of Angry". Like MAD Think Magazine had its own mascot, named Otis Dracenstein (Frankenstein).

- Alan Whitney (Editor) - Later he became a famous newspaperman in New York)
- Sherman Addams (Managing Editor)
- Adrian Lopez (Publisher) - Published also Yell and Harpoon/Apple Pie later
