This is the prototype of the yellow MAD sticker that was sold in Germany in the 70s and 80s. It is the raw version of the motif with a foil overlay that gives the shape of the finished sticker.
We have never seen any other prototype of these stickers.
Translated in english: "I'm crazy - I read MAD"
