This extremely unusual bust of Alfred E. Neuman was given to me by a fan from Germany. It had been stored in his cellar for decades. Unfortunately, nothing is known about the origin of this bust. Apparently it is unique and was made somewhere in Germany. The bust is very heavy and large, as the head is about human-like in size.
