The cover date on this issue is estimated to be around October 1975. Collector's Editions began to come out on a more frequent schedule as they were often good sellers. This issue, unlike most of the others from this time period, is one of the harder ones to find though, so it's likely that it didn't sell as well as the others. The theme was an interesting idea but the articles lacked diversity, there are too many articles with "Snappy Answers to Stupid Questions" type rip-offs, corny insults and the likes. Many of the articles fall flat in their humor, and the theme was not repeated in any further Collector's Editions.
