This prototype bust was used for the rare original iron bust of the Swedish MAD. The bust was given to Swedish celebreties for doing stupid things.

The former owner of this bust wrote:

"In the beginning of the 80's I worked at Semic and was, among other things, in charge of promoting Svenska Mad.
 
I worked with the then editor in chief Kell Ståhl. Among other things we made clay Alfred E. Neuman statues, hence this template. I'm not sure how many statues we made, maybe 300 or so.
 
When I left Semic I was given this template by Kell Ståhl."
