This t-shirt features the 9/11 mastermind, Osama Bin Laden, wearing a t-shirt with the face of Alfred E. Neuman on it. The face of Alfred has obviously been photoshopped onto the real photo of Bin Laden, then the entire new picture has been printed onto a t-shirt. The phrase, "What - Me Worry?" has also been printed beneath the photo, and the Arabic version of the phrase has been printed above it.
