Produced in 1988 for Watson Brothers, a chain of Canadian clothing stores, this is an Alfred E. Neuman t-shirt. The art on this shirt is not familiar, and was probably designed by someone with no connection to MAD Magazine. In any event, this shirt is very cool and very hard to find.
