This is a rare promotional sticker for a German dance club. The particular part of this item is the image of Alfred E. Neumann. It seems to be that no one of the US and foreign UGOI's has painted this Alfred E. Neumann, the design has its own style. The logo "Ich bin beim Weltmeister im Tanzzentrum" translated to english: "I am with the world champion in the dance club"
