This is a first printing of "The Art Of Humorous Illustration". Published in 1973 by Watson-Guptil, this book was written by the long time MAD Magazine associate editor, Nick Meglin, and features articles on quite a few of the "Usual Gang of Idiots", including Sergio Aragones, Al Jaffee, Nick Meglin, Paul Coker, Mort Drucker, and Bob Jones. Other artists featured in the book include Gerry Gersten, Johnny Hart, Donald Reilly, Norman Rockwell, Arnold Roth and Maurice Sendak. Each artist has bits and pieces of their work featured, and some of the MAD artsits have some of their non-MAD work featured.
