Szymon Thadeusz Kobylinski (1927-2002) was born in Poland. He was a polish illustrator, cartoonist and historian. His illustrations appeared in Kultura, Punch, Nebelspalter. Kobylinski created the comics "Poselstwo do Gniezna" and "Do grodu Kraka" about the History of Poland for RELAX magazine. He illustrated about 300 books and written about 20 himself.
