This is a cool promotional issue of MAD Magazine. Published in 2000 by E.C. Publications, this is the "20 Dumbest People, Events, and Things of 1999" special issue of MAD Magazine. This issue takes a look at just that, the 20 Dumbest........., but in MAD's classic style of satire and parody. This issue even includes a special back page Fold-In by Al Jaffee. This issue was included in several national periodicals in the Spring of 2000.
