This dispenser was previously on display at the Burlingame PEZ Museum (which is no longer open for business, unfortunately) as part of their fantasy dispenser collection.
 
This dispenser is "fantasy" meaning that it was not officially licensed or produced by the PEZ company; these are usually very limited or one-of-a-kind dispensers. Often handmade, sometimes these dispensers have modest damage that was required to manufacture the dispenser.
