Produced in 1991, this shirt was given away to all of the attendees of the September 1991 MAD Cruise. This was one of the last MAD Trips ever taken, and was the last MAD Trip taken by Bill Gaines, who would pass away the following June. Almost all of the attendees were the artists and writers for MAD Magazine (Usual Gang of Idiots, or UGOI), but this particular trip was also attended by the spouses of the UGOI, and Maria Reidelbach, the authour of the book, Completely MAD.
