Produced in 1993 by Warner Bros. Licensed Products, this item is a MAD Magazine / Alfred E. Neuman belt buckle. Back in 1993, the Warner Bros. Studio Stores started selling MAD Magazine collectibles. Among the items sold was a metal belt buckle with a black leather strap. The buckle that was sold was round, and featured the same Alfred E. Neuman face as this one, along with the words "What - Me Worry" on the bottom. This buckle was originally the first buckle considered, but was dropped in favor of the other example. Measuring approx. 2 3/8" by 3 3/8".
